The PLCS 1000 S(F) is the world’s first machine developed specifically for label rollers and sleeves. Compact, fast, and affordable, it can handle rollers up to 100 cm long and 25 kg in weight, with diameters between 50 and 200 mm. No need to remove gears or bearings, and a full cleaning cycle takes just 7 minutes.
For mid- and wide-web applications, the PLCS 1700 / 2100 / 2300 S(F) machines are the affordable choice for sleeves and rollers up to 2.30 meters in length and 250 kg in weight. With a cleaning speed of approximately 2.5 meters per hour, these systems are built for professional printers who want to implement laser cleaning in-house on a daily basis. Shorter versions are also available for sleeves up to 1.70 or 2.10 meters.
